Open Question: Best place to leave home to , Help!?

Im 15, and im going to go out on a limb and say im ready to move out. My family is driving me insane and im slowly but surely breaking down. I have about 25 hundred saved up, with an i.d, and a highschool deploma... I was thinking about portland oregon...
